Mr. Morin, EPI’s President and Principal Geologist, has 20 years experience as project manager and/or technical lead for numerous environmental investigations and remediations in the United States. His experience includes characterizing and remediating contaminants in soil and ground water, and intertidal sediments, treatment system evaluation and design, third-party oversight, and regulatory strategy. Field experience includes hydrogeologic studies of multiple aquifier systems, treatability studies, monitoring well installation and decommissioning, ground water sampling, and sediment and soil sampling pertaining to environmental investigations. Mr. Morin's experience has been acquired on CERCLA, RCRA, TSCA, and MTCA sites under both formal agency orders and an independent basis. Mr. Morin also has significant experience with expert witness testimony and forensic evaluation of site data. His work has been in support of property redevelopment, due diligence, and regulatory compliance and closure.
