Dr. Brasino, EPI's Founder and former Principal Engineer, has over twenty years of experience in the environmental field. Areas of competence include: CERCLA, RCRA, MTCA, Site Assessment, Site Remediation, Risk Assessment, Brownfields Development and Environmental Due Diligence areas. Special technical abilities include hydrogeology, contaminant transport, remediation techniques probability analysis, cost estimation and Monte Carlo simulation. Extensive experience working with counsel, developers and industry to manage environmental problems including contract negotiation support, agency communications, strategy and project implementation.
