Mr. McCormick, has over 16 years experience conducting and managing all phases of environmental projects. Areas of competence include: Environmental Due Diligence (Phase I and II Environmental Site Assessments), underground storage tank decommissioning, in-situ soil and ground water remediation and hazardous materials investigations. He works closely with a broad range of large banking, lending, and commercial real estate clients and state regulatory personnel to implement risk-based closure of contaminated sites. Mr. McCormick is a Senior Geologist involved in the EPI Due Diligence practice group.
