Experienced with site characterization and remediation for contaminants in soil, groundwater, and air. Tasks include evaluation of remediation technologies, sampling plan preparation, technical writing, expert witness testimony, contract negotiations, and communications with regulatory agencies. Mr. Caddey’s professional experience includes working for the precious metals mining industry, and as a Regional Manager for the State of Arizona Department of Environmental Quality. Mr. Caddey has successfully completed projects in seventeen different states across the U.S.
