Eric Koltes

Senior Geologist

Eric is a Washington-licensed geologist with 22 years of experience that allows him to anticipate client and project needs. He emphasizes on developing effective working relationships with clients, regulators, vendors, and peers to ensure that clients’ business objectives are consistently achieved in a cost-effective manner. Eric has an extensive working knowledge of the MTCA regulation and assists with a variety of commercial and industrial clients by managing remedial investigations and feasibility studies, site characterizations, and large portfolio environmental due diligence projects. He has extensive experience designing and managing field sampling programs for complex cleanups, including projects with potential litigation and/or cost-recovery components. Also has a variety of experience with large-scale highway spill sites and working with insurance companies on the investigation and cleanup efforts. Has worked with the Department of Ecology on multiple complex projects and performed design for complex state-wide model terrestrial ecological evaluations.
