Thom’s client-centered approach guides all aspects of EPI’s client relationships, with the goal of creating long-term and trusting relationships. He has 30 years of experience managing and implementing characterization and remediation projects for air, vapor intrusion, soil and groundwater. Thom has detailed experience with a range of contaminants including VOC/solvents, petroleum, cPAHs, herbicides/pesticides, metals, and PCBs. He applies his expertise to provide EPI’s clients with solutions that meet their needs while bringing sites to regulatory closure. Thom also supports projects in litigation by providing expert and consulting witness services and performing forensic evaluation of site data.
