Tom Elsemore

Principal/General Manager

Tom has over 16 years of experience at EPI serving as the managing partner and is responsible for the day to day leadership and general management of the company. For EPI’s Clients and Projects, he reviews all contracts, scopes of work, and subcontracts. He assists Project Managers with budget planning and is the key contact for invoicing and payment questions. For EPI he leads all internal operations, including business strategy, risk management, financial management, human resources, and business operations. He guides the EPI team in formulating and administering company policies, developing and directing administrative systems, setting long-range goals to meet business and profitability growth objectives.
